Mark D. Stout, Of Counsel for Quadros, Migl, and Crosby PLLC, has over 35 years of legal experience assisting his clients in their commercial real estate projects, including but not limited to retail, office, and industrial acquisitions, dispositions, and lease document preparation, negotiations, dispute resolutions, and litigation strategy. Additionally, Mr. Stout brings a wealth of experience from his 27-year tenure at Weingarten Realty Investors, at the time, a NYSE listed real estate investment trust, including his 9-year tenure as General Counsel for the publicly traded REIT. With a focus on efficient problem resolution, Mr. Stout provides seasoned legal guidance for real estate developers, property owners, landlords, and tenants. Mark enjoys collaborating with his clients to guide them toward achieving their business goals while minimizing risks and optimizing client profitability. Mark has been a frequent presenter at commercial real estate seminars including several for the ICSC Law Conference, the State Bar of Texas, and the Houston Bar Association. Mark is an Adjunct Professor at the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in Houston, Texas where he enjoys teaching MBA candidates about the principles of commercial real estate due diligence.

  • Negotiated and closed several anchor tenant shopping center leases with national retail companies
  • Lead Texas counsel and imbedded member of the Bank of America legal transition team to facilitate their entrance into the Texas market by merger
