Biography for Joshua M. Rabe II

Joshua “Josh” Rabe was born in Dallas where he lived until the 8th grade when his family moved to Midland, Texas. Josh decided to pursue a legal career because he felt a sincere desire to look out for the best interests of people in their times of need. Josh has volunteered at several organizations for at-risk, inner-city youth, including a summer camp called Kids Across America, which brings together at-risk youth and their mentors to foster future leaders. Through his volunteer work, Josh developed a deeper compassion for these children and for anyone facing a similar situation.
While in College, Josh served as the head coordinator for Pioneers, where every Friday night volunteers would spend time with at-risk kids around the community, feed them, play games, sports, and generally get to know the kids while providing positive role models and guidance.
Josh minored in Arabic in college and lived in Morrocco for two months. While there, Josh was exposed to and immersed in traditions and a society that was very different from that in which he was raised.
Josh worked at the law firm of Lynch Chappell & Alsup in Midland, Texas in 2020, where he was focused primarily on estate planning, family law, and adoption. Prior to that he worked at the College Station Police Department in the Criminal Investigations Division.
Josh’s clients prefer to work with him because of his calm and compassionate demeaner and his analytical nature. He listens closely to the details of his clients’ situations, evaluates their best course of action from both a legal and personal point of view, and provides prudent guidance. Josh’s goal with his clients is to assist them in both clarifying and achieving their goals and to attain the desired results.
