David Wu

Attorney

Attorney David Wu assists clients in real estate law, property law, business transactions, and business and entity formation. He has extensive experience working in the telecom, banking, real estate industries, as well as negotiating leases and right of ways in the cell tower industry.

David was born in Taiwan and came to the United States at the age of 6. He grew up in Houston and graduated from UT Austin with a B.A. in Finance and spent five years as a middle market lender focusing on asset-based loans. Following that he spent ten years in IT, management consulting, managing finance, and operations at various companies.

David attended South Texas College of Law and received his J.D. in 2012. Following law school, David spent over ten years working in telecommunications land acquisitions law, including wind and solar leases and easements. David brings his vast understanding of the challenges business owners face to his law practice. His clients value David’s entrepreneurial mindset, diverse business background, and his focus on seeking the most efficient and effective solutions for their issues. David values building solid relationships with his clients and believes there is no problem too small or too large for him to be of assistance.

In his free time, David also enjoys coaching his boys in basketball and baseball. Previously, he was cubmaster of his local pack. He enjoys running half marathons and regularly attends a bootcamp style workout called F3. David is currently serving as a deacon at his church.
