Attorney

Andrew “Drew” Dornburg grew up in Lake Jackson, Texas and can’t remember a time in his life when he did not want to be a lawyer. Drew is active in his church, where he teaches Sunday School and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two daughters.

Drew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, he interned with Judge Price of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.

Immediately after graduating from law school, Drew served as a Briefing Attorney for Judge Keller of the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. He also worked for five years with the Fort Bend District Attorney’s Office and the Brazoria County District Attorney’s Office before opening his own law practice. He maintained his law firm for five years and then was appointed as an Associate Judge for the County Courts of Fort Bend County, where he served until 2019. From 2019 through 2024, Mr. Dornburg worked as a trial attorney for Nationwide Insurance.

Drew’s clients value his knack for cutting to the heart of an issue and explaining it in a way that is easy to understand. Mr. Dornburg’s courtroom and business law experience makes him a highly sought after counsel, negotiator, and litigator.
